
Catania Hospitality Group Sells American Revolution-Era Cape Cod Hotel
Catania Hospitality Group has sold the Dan’l Webster Inn, a 48-key historic inn within the Cape Cod community of Sandwich, MA.
Alan Suzuki and Matthew Enright of JLL, a full-service global provider of capital solutions for real estate investors and occupiers, represented Hyannis, MA-based Catania Hospitality Group.
“There continues to be strong interest from local and national investors for unique boutique offerings throughout New England,” said Suzuki. “JLL is honoured to have represented the Catania family, who has been a tremendous caretaker of this one-of-a-kind historic asset with a history that dates back to the American Revolution.”
The 300-year-old inn is positioned in the oldest town on Cape Cod and features an outdoor pool and gardens, gift shop, spa, four distinct dining rooms, tavern and meeting and event spaces. The Dan’l Webster Inn has won the DiRONA Award, placing it in the top 1% of restaurants in the country.
