Catalyst Lands $5M for NJ Site
Catalyst Development Partners has secured $4.9 million in acquisition and predevelopment financing for 135 Whitman Avenue, a 6.7-acre site in Edison, New Jersey. The loan was provided by Streamline Realty Funding.
The site has zoning for light industrial use, allowing for the development of an 82,500-square-foot industrial facility or parking/storage as an ancillary use.
John Alascio, Chuck Kohaut, TJ Sullivan and Jason Blankfein of Cushman & Wakefield represented the borrower in the transaction.
