Catalina Marketing Sells St. Petersburg Office in $30M Sale, Partial-Leaseback Deal
Catalina Marketing has completed the $29.5-million sale and partial leaseback of 200 Carillon, a 157,755-square-foot Class A office building located within Carillon Park in St. Petersburg, FL.
Rick Brugge, Andy May, Nina Fishman, Mike Davis, Rick Colon, Dominic Montazemi, Chloe Strada and Zach Eicholtz of Cushman & Wakefield represented Catalina Marketing, a retail-oriented digital solutions company.
“Over the last year, we have fully embraced a flexible work approach that allows our team members to work remotely as often as they would like,” said Wayne Powers, CEO at Catalina Marketing. “For us, it is far more efficient to lease back space in the building that provides ample work and collaboration spaces when needed.”
200 Carillon features a newly renovated on-site café and gym and outdoor seating. According to Cushman & Wakefield, the five-story office building presents a value-add opportunity through potential redevelopment of an adjacent oversized parking structure and 1.3-acres of vacant land.
