Cassin & Cassin Re-Ups at SL Green’s 711 Third

Boutique law firm Cassin & Cassin LLP has signed a 19,025-square-foot lease extension to continue occupying the entire 20th floor at SL Green Realty Corporation’s 711 Third Ave. The extension keeps Cassin & Cassin at the property for 10 years.

“Our team is excited to be remaining at 711 Third, where we’ve been for the last 16 years,” said Cassin & Cassin’s Michael Hurley. “We appreciate both SL Green and CBRE for working with us to make this happen, and look forward to remaining in the neighborhood.”

CBRE’s Paul Amrich, Neil King and Georgina Cook represented Cassin & Cassin. Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen of SL Green represented the landlord.

Known for its lobby mosaic, the 600,000-square-foot, circa-1955 711 Third is a block east of Grand Central Terminal, and is 97% occupied. In addition to Cassin & Cassin, other tenants include Ricoh Americas Corp., McKinsey & Company Inc. and Golenbock Eiseman.
