Multifamily investment firm Casoro Group, headquartered in Austin, promoted two of its employees to leadership positions within its subsidiaries. Melissa Oliver is now President of CLEAR Property Management, and Tom Parker is in the role of Director of Investor Relations for Upside Avenue.

In her new role, Oliver will oversee operations and growth of CLEAR Property Management, while supporting the portfolio’s financial health. She joined CLEAR as regional manager in 2016, and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2017. She also had executive positions at Trinity Property Consultants and Riata Apartment Homes.

Parker’s position will focus on establishing and maintaining relationships with Upside Avenue’s investors and financial advisors. He joined the company in 2018, moving from the press office for Texas Governor Greg Abbott. He also worked with Trammell Crow Residential.
