Casal Group Brokers Sale of 600K-SF Warehouse in Miami’s Airport West Submarket

Casal Group arranged the sale of a 600,000-square-foot warehouse in Miami’s Airport West submarket. The sales price was not disclosed. The sale was the largest in Miami’s Airport West submarket this year.

Located at 3400 NW 74th Ave., the facility is located just west of the cargo entrance of Miami International Airport, and is fully leased to five tenants, including UPS. The facility serves as a major perishable cold storage hub.

Ernesto Casal of Casal Group represented both the buyer, a subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management, as well as the seller, Micap18, in the transaction.
