Casa Komos Inks 10K-SF Downtown Lease
The Feil Organization finalizes a 10-year lease with Casa Komos Brand Group, securing 10,268 square feet across the second and partial ninth floors at 853 Broadway.
853 Broadway, undergoing extensive renovations, stands as a 21-story office tower in downtown. CBRE represented Casa Komos with a team of Ryan Alexander, Ross Zimbalist, Jared Isaacson, and Jeff Frenkel, while Feil’s representation included Andrew Wiener, Rob Fisher, and Henry Korzec.
“After years of working together, we are excited to accommodate Casa Komos at 853 Broadway,” said Wiener. “The second floor of 853 Broadway features floor-to-ceiling glass walls that overlook Union Square Park and increase visibility and exterior signage, which aligned perfectly with Casa Komos’ vision for a new space.”
