Casa Grande Sees Spur in Industrial Interest

How many times have we heard recently that the ‘global supply chain’ is under stress? And how many times has that choke-point- been tied to semiconductors and other infinitely small “switches.”

Sure, there has been recent (and warranted?) investment, via Casa Grande, with Lucid Motors, Kohler Co.’s being excited, with a  $300 million manufacturing facility and multiple semiconductor and vehicle manufacturing suppliers.

Seemingly, the area is not only limited to Lucid’s growth, but also Taiwan-based Jing He Science Co. – an industrial supplier that provides electronic grade gasses and chemicals and specialty chemicals to clean semiconductor wafers. 

Just saying … Casa Grande may be ripe for more investment that may match its recent population growth.

The Casa Grande park could accommodate smaller firms and tenants, and is now in talks with various users for sites in Coolidge, Wash.. The site was awarded a federal grant in 2019 to build road infrastructure, which is now under construction.
