Casa Cipriani is taking its private club concept to Miami Beach. Casa Cipriani Miami, developed by 13th Floor Investments and Midtown Equities, will include a 40-key all-suites hotel, a private members club, and 23 ultra-luxury residences situated directly on the oceanfront at 3611 Collins Avenue.

Designed by architect Brandon Haw, the 17-story Casa Cipriani Miami tower will feature a restaurant and club lounge, a Cipriani Spa, and views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Since its founding in 2008, 13th Floor Investments has completed nearly 4,000 residential units across South Florida. More than 4,800 units are in development and under construction and are slated to be delivered over the next few years.

Midtown Equities partnered with Cipriani to develop the first Casa Cipriani in the U.S. in New York City at the Battery Maritime Building in Lower Manhattan.
