Cary MOB Trades for Repositioning

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Northwestern Medical Office, a 13,966-square foot office property located in Cary, IL. Terms of the sale weren’t disclosed.

Tammy A. Saia, first VP, and Tami Andrew, associate, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Saia and Andrew.

Northwestern Medical Office is located at 2615 Three Oaks Rd. in Cary, a village straddling McHenry and Lake Counties in Chicagoland.  The seller was retiring and the buyer is repositioning the property in the market as a value-add opportunity.
