ARG Arranges $6M Sale of El Cajon Apartments to Carv Properties

Carv Properties Grabs El Cajon Apartments for $6M

Apartment Realty Group has brokered the $6 million sale of The Greenfield Village Townhome Apartments in El Cajon, CA. The firm’s Senior Managing Partner James Carter and Vice President Angelo La Bruna had the exclusive listing for the property, sold by Los Angeles-based Ching Tsai Chan Trust. The buyer was Carv Properties, LLC.

Built in 1987, the 23-unit complex located at 535 Greenfield Drive, consists of 11 two- and 12 three-bedroom units totaling 24,000 rentable square feet. The property is located near the Highway 67 and Interstate 8 freeways, allowing easy access to the Central San Diego area. It is also situated just six miles from San Diego State University.
