Caruso’s La Cienega Receives Unanimous PLUM Approval

Los Angeles-based Caruso Affiliated received unanimous approval on the $155-million 333 S. La Cienega Blvd. mixed-use project from LA’s Planning and Land Use Management Committee. Planned for 145 residential units and nearly 30,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, the 20-story Beverly Grove project also includes 16 units of affordable housing.

The Gensler-designed property will deliver several public enhancements surrounding the site, including streetscape and mobility upgrades. They range from protected bike lanes, landscaped medians, and new crosswalks to a park-like plaza at the 1.15-acre development site.

333 La Cienega is slated to break ground next year, and open in late 2019. The proposed project is located across the street from the developer’s successful 8500 Burton Way project.
