Cartique Coming to Scottsdale’s Riverwalk
The father-and-son team of Jim and Ryan Riggs of Platinum Advisors plan to open an auto-focused concept at The Riverwalk Development along Loop 101 at Talking Stick near Scottsdale. Called Cartique, it will combine auto and art into a 100,000-square-foot building.
Cartique will feature a big showroom with rotating car collections, auto art galleries and exhibits, a speakeasy, a food and beverage experience, event space and a “carcade” with competitive driving experiences.
Jim Riggs said he’s targeting to break ground in mid-2025 and looks to open Cartique at the end of 2026. He estimates it will be about a $50 million project. If it goes ahead as planned, Cartique would join other concepts such as Pure Pickleball & Padel and Home Run Dugout, two concepts that are also set to break ground at the wider development next year.
