Carter Signs On for 6K SF in Asheville’s City Center Office Building

Carter, P.C., a tax, audit and accounting firm, has signed a contract for 5,967 square feet in City Center at 301 College Street in Asheville, NC.

A Colliers | South Carolina team of Brantley Anderson, Taylor Allen and Bailey Tollison represented Carter. The landlord was represented by John Spake of Spake Real Estate.

“Carter is excited to remain in downtown Asheville while increasing our visibility by moving to City Centre,” said Rob Carter, treasurer and CFO of Carter, P.C. “This new space matches the energy of our staff and provides the opportunity to meet in person in an environment that fosters meaningful relationships and open communication with our clients.”

Carter has offices in Charlotte and Greenville, SC in addition to Asheville.

The Anderson, Allen and Tollison team also represented Carter in the lease of 1,791 square feet of office space in downtown Greenville in October 2020.
