Carter Perrin Sails into Partner Spot at Partners

Longtime Texas real estate professional Carter Perrin joined Partners after 7 years as principal at Pinpoint Commercial. Perrin will be the 22nd Partner at Partners and will serve as a Managing Director.

Perrin has experience with all facets of the industry, including deal origination, entitlements, finance, design and construction and leasing. The 19-year commercial real estate veteran has project experience in raw land acquisitions, land subdivision, build-to-suits and senior housing, to name a few.

Some notable projects he’s worked on are a 150-acre industrial development in Katy; construction, licensing and opening of nine assisted living buildings and the repositioning of the 587,000 square foot Alameda Mall, just to name a few.

Before he found his way into real estate, Perrin was a competitive sailor, having been a member of the US Sailing team. He served on the crew of two America’s Cup teams.
