Carter Control Systems Inks 40K-SF Industrial Lease in Frederick

Privately-held commercial real estate investment company Ruppert Properties has secured a 40,000-square-foot lease with industrial automation solutions provider Carter Control Systems. The facility will allow CCS to expand its current production to accommodate the growing demand for its products.

Located at 200 Monroe Ave. in Frederick, MD, the 192,000-square-foot building is now 100% leased. Additional tenants include Frederick County Workforce Services, PVI Office Furniture and Image Direct.

Brent Prossner and Kyle Bell of Lincoln Property Co. represented Ruppert Properties in the lease transaction.
