Carrollton Industrial Facility Trades for $3M

Stan Johnson Co. has arranged the $3 million sale of 150 Adamson Industrial Boulevard, a 78,000-square-foot industrial facility in Carrollton. At the time of sale, the facility was fully occupied by Superior Recreational Products, a subsidiary of PlayCore Holdings Inc.

Stan Johnson Company’s Jimmy Ullrich and Michael J. Macchia represented the buyer, an investor from California, in the transaction. The seller was Georgia-based private investor Carrollton Properties LLC. The seven-acre property is located within a qualified opportunity zone.

“The buyer satisfied a 1031 exchange with a high-quality piece of industrial real estate,” said Ullrich. “As a testament to the industrial sector’s in-demand status, this property went under contract within a week of going to market.”
