Carroll Sells Two Apartment Communities in North Carolina

Atlanta-based Carroll Organization completed the sale of two North Carolina apartment communities in separate transactions.

The properties include Spring Forest, a 404-unit community in Raleigh and The Crest at West End, a 188-unit community in Carrboro. Spring Forest is located at 5014 Sedgewick Dr. in Northwest Raleigh and was completed in 1978. The Crest at West End was completed in 1988 and was 95% occupied at closing.

Justin Good, Jeff Glenn, Allan Lynch and Caylor Mark of HFF represented Carroll in the transaction. Bridge Investment Group acquired Spring Forest and Eller Capital Partners acquired The Crest at West End. Sales prices were not disclosed. The deal was secured by HFF prior to being acquired by JLL.
