Carroll County Board of Elections Relocates to Westminster
The Carroll County Board of Elections is relocating to Airport Square in Westminster, Maryland. A 23,422-square-foot warehouse at 125 Airport Drive will store voting equipment and networks, while administrative offices, specialized election rooms, and amenities will occupy a 5,627-square-foot space at 1135 Business Parkway.
Spanning 29,046 square feet across two buildings, the move addresses space constraints and operational needs. “We have been busting at the seams at our current location for many years, and the expanded space will allow us to accommodate more voters and improve overall efficiencies and operations,” explained Erin Perrone, election director for the Carroll County Board of Elections. Bill Harrison, Ben Brooks of Lee & Associates brokered the lease on behalf of Holland Properties.
