Carrington Oaks Sells to Olympus Properties

Olympus Properties joined forces with RSE Capital Partners to acquire Carrington Oaks, an apartment complex in Buda, TX, south of Austin. Sherman Residential of Skokie, IL sold the 303-unit property at 1278 Cabelas Dr., which opened in 2015.

The complex has one, two and three-bedroom floor plans, measuring from 625 to 1,275 square feet. Community amenities include a resort-style pool with poolside seating and cabanas, fitness center, spinning room, clubhouse with fireplace, billiards, and lounge areas, large theater room with leather recliners, executive business center, outdoor propane and charcoal grills, pet park, playground, gated entrance, detached garages and covered parking.

“Olympus is acquiring Carrington Oaks at an attractive basis in one of the fastest-growing markets across the country,” said Chandler Wondery, principal of the Fort Worth-based buying entity. “This deal checks all of the boxes, as we continue to expand Olympus in our home state of Texas.”
