Carrie Bobb Launches Female-Focused CRE Firm

A new boutique commercial retail real estate company called Carrie Bobb & Co. was launched. The San Diego-based company will serve premier retail tenants, landlords, and investors.

Founder and CEO, Carrie Bobb says, “Women make 85% of the purchasing decisions in the U.S, but it goes beyond purchasing power. I started this company because the power of the female consumer and entrepreneur is only getting stronger.”

Bobb’s successfully merchandised and executed leasing strategies for some of San Diego’s most notable and high-profile retail projects, including the retail at Kilroy Realty’s One Paseo in Del Mar. She’s completed transactions totaling more than $2 billion in total consideration over the past 16 years at CBRE.

Also joining are Emily Jones and Claire Plecha. Jones as a SVP handling leasing assignments and select national tenant roll outs. She spent the last 16 years at Shea Properties where she was Director of Retail Leasing. Plecha will serve as Director of Communications.
