Carr Properties to Begin on Arlington Residential Project

Carr Properties has received approval from the Arlington County Board to move forward with construction for the residential redevelopment of 3033 Wilson Boulevard in Clarendon, Virginia.

Located across from the Clarendon Metro station, 3033 Wilson represents Carr’s ongoing expansion into residential real estate. The project will transform an outdated office building into a newly developed multifamily property consisting of 309 units, 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, a landscaped courtyard, and luxury amenities.

3033 Wilson will prioritize sustainability by preserving the 160,000-square-foot below-grade parking structure. Designed by architecture firm SK+I and interior design firm Edit Lab by Streetsense, 3033 Wilson will include a modern fitness center, coworking lounge, rooftop pool deck, and clubroom.

3033 Wilson is anticipated to break ground in early 2026, with construction expected to be completed in 2027. The project team also includes landscape architect ParkerRodriguez, civil engineer Bohler DC, and land-use counsel, McGuireWoods.
