Carr Properties’ Paul Stromberg Joins Marcus Partners

Boston-based Marcus Partners has recruited Paul Stromberg to help lead an expansion in the Washington, D.C. metro area. As SVP of asset management, Stromberg will work with Marcus Partners’ principal and regional director Andrew Dolinsky.

Before joining Marcus Partners, Stromberg served as senior director of asset management for Carr Properties in Washington, D.C. In that capacity, he managed a portfolio of more than two million square feet of office and retail space. He worked with two Carr family entities for more than 18 years in increasingly important roles, covering the D.C., Denver, Dallas, Austin, Salt Lake City and Chicago markets.

“Washington, D.C. is a top-tier, global real estate investment market,” said Dolinsky. “Paul’s seasoned skills and broad network will provide us a strong advantage in executing business plans, further establishing our investment in multiple property types in the region, and continuing to grow our presence in the region.”
