Carr Properties Partners with Senseware in Portfolio-Wide Commitment to Air Quality
Washington, CD-based Carr Properties has partnered with Senseware to add real-time indoor air quality monitoring to its 17 commercial office properties in DC, Boston, and Austin, TX.
According to the Carr Properties, the COVID-19 pandemic has underscored the critical role air quality plays in people’s health and wellness and its partnership with Senseware reflects the company’s continued commitment to promoting the safety and well-being of their customers and guests.
Carr Properties will use Senseware’s IAQ monitoring platform to run buildings through use of automation and building “Internet of Things” services. Monitoring through Senseware’s tools such as Digital Twin and Augmented Reality permits delivery of real-time environmental adjustments.
Earlier this month Carr Properties was recognized at the annual Realcomm | IBcon 2021 conference for “Best Use of Automation” in the commercial real estate category. In November the company was awarded the WELL Health-Safety seal on its 13 eligible buildings.
