Carr Properties Brings Healthcare Amenities to Its DC Buildings’ Tenants
Carr Properties and Eden Health have partnered to bring premium healthcare amenities to customers at The Hub, a Class-A office building on L Street NW in Washington, D.C. Customers at The Hub and other Carr Properties-owned Washington, D.C. downtown properties will have access to a dedicated on-site team of healthcare professionals offering primary care, mental health, physical therapy, insurance navigation and 24/7 virtual care services.
The Hub houses Eden Health’s first physical clinic location in Washington D.C., and provides healthcare to customers across the 420,000 square-foot property. Carr Properties has arranged for complimentary and discounted memberships tenants and their families to ensure that they have access to premium healthcare through Eden Health’s care model.
