Carolina Beverage Increases its AllianceTexas Presence

Hillwood has entered into a new distribution center lease with longtime corporate resident, Carolina Beverage Group. The recently completed Alliance Center North 9 (ACN 9) will provide Carolina Beverage with a up-to-date distribution center, which will consist of nearly 500,000 square feet of new space. It already has a bottling and filling facility located nearby that’s close to 200,000 square feet.

Hillwood’s Reid Goetz believes the two make a good team, “We are thrilled to support the company’s continued growth, which has aligned perfectly with our industrial development strategy of building for future needs by keeping speculative options on hand for new and existing customers.”

ACN 9 features 36-foot minimum clear height, 60-foot loading bays, and two 185-foot-deep and one 135-foot-deep truck courts. It has direct access to Interstate 35W and the Eagle Parkway/I-35W interchange.
