Carmel Partners Lands $233M for 569-Unit Brooklyn Development
San Francisco-based real estate developer Carmel Partners has secured a $233 million construction financing for 54 Crown, a 569-unit multi-housing project in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Urban Investment Group provided the financing.
The JLL Capital Markets Advisory team, led by Christopher Peck, Geoff Goldstein, Nicco Lupo, and Rob Hinckley, facilitated the deal. “We are thrilled to have completed this transaction with a strong sponsor, who is committed to bringing much-needed housing to the Brooklyn market and has proven its ability to successfully deliver exceptional homes in high barrier-to-entry locations,” said Peck.
