Carlyle Refi’s San Jose Campus for $85M
Washington, DC-based The Carlyle Group refinanced 4300 and 4400 North First Street, a two-building Class A office campus totaling 376,664 square feet in North San Jose, CA. HFF arranged the $84.78-million five-year, floating-rate loan on behalf of the borrower.
Completed in 2000, the three-story, steel-framed office buildings feature 63,000-square-foot floorplates and are located at the intersection of North First Street and Highway 237 in the Silicon Valley’s Innovation Triangle submarket. The 8.26-acre site features highway visibility and access to a robust amenity base, including retail, Levi’s Stadium and the Norman S. Mineta International Airport.
HFF’s Chris Gandy and Christie Donnelly represented the borrower.
