The JLL team representing Carlyle included New York City-based vice chairmen Joe Messina and Steven Rotter and managing directors Jessica Berkey and Andrew Lutzer; and Washington, DC-based vice chairmen Gregory Lubar and Steve Spartin, Jr. Raymond A.
