Urban Property Group arranged leases for Village Florist Co., San Diego Golf Carts and Joey Snow Design Co. at Carlsbad Arcade in Carlsbad, CA

Carlsbad Arcade Adds Multiple Retail Tenants

Urban Property Group, a real estate services firm specializing in urban and coastal commercial properties, has secured multiple retail leases at Carlsbad Arcade in the Village, a retail center featuring more than 13,000 square feet of space. The newest tenants to the center include Village Florist Co., San Diego Golf Carts and Joey Snow Design Co.

Village Florist Co., owned by local florist Jolene Marquez, is expanding from central San Diego to North County coastal with 1,180 square feet. Carlsbad Golf Carts will be opening its second location in Carlsbad, occupying 1,250 square feet. Joey Snow Design’s Carlsbad Village space is 1,060 square feet and serves as a consultation space and showroom.

Serena Patterson and Luke Holler of Urban Property Group represented both the tenants and landlord Carlsbad One, LLC. “Interest for leasing in coastal San Diego is healthy,” said Patterson. “Tenants desire the walkability and foot traffic that residents and tourists alike bring to the area.”
