Caris Life Sciences Secures Long-Term, 114K-SF Lease

Caris Life Sciences inked a deal to take down the entire 114,500 square feet at Royal 10 Office Center in Irving, TX. Greg Burns and Christopher Schafer with real estate brokerage firm esrp represented the tenant in securing the long-term lease with the building owner, a fund managed by Kawa Capital Partners and the property developer, Myers & Crow Co.

The biotech company’s new space at 3600 Royal Lane will host office space and an R&D lab. The tenant also plans to hire more than 500 employees. “This new facility will enable us to substantially expand the company’s offerings, as we work to reinvent cancer care,” said Caris’ Michael Halbert. The company is currently at 750 W. John Carpenter Fwy., also in Irving.

Royal 10 Office is a speculative, two-story office building that delivered in 2018.
