Caribbean Restaurant Concept Brings Everett’s Gateway Center to 100% Leased

Urban Edge Properties said Monday that New York-based Juici Patties, a fast-growing Caribbean restaurant concept, will open at Gateway Center in Everett, MA. The 2,450-square-foot space will be the brand’s first location in Massachusetts.

“By helping to launch this new dining experience in the Boston area, Urban Edge continues to upgrade the merchandise mix at Gateway Center, bringing it to 100% leased,” said Ronnie Bertrand, director of leasing for Urban Edge. “Juici Patties brings a new menu to the center and community and we’re excited to be a part of their expansion.”

Bertrand represented ownership in leasing negotiations. Juici Patties was represented by Michael Nolan of CBRE. The restaurant menu includes traditional Jamaican patties made of beef, chicken, or spinach, along with plantain and potato fries. Caribbean flavors are also represented in the drinks and sides. Gateway Center’s other tenants include Home Depot, Mattress Firm, Target and Costco.
