CareMount Medical Expands Downstate to Murray Hill

CareMount Medical PC has expanded its reach from New York City’s northern suburbs to Manhattan itself. The physicians and employees of Murray Hill Medical Group have joined CareMount, establishing CareMount offices at 317 E. 34th St. and 347 East 37th St. in Murray Hill.

The new offices in Murray Hill will offer 14 different medical specialties. They’re joining a network of more than 45 locations in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Columbia, and Ulster counties, serving more than 640,000 patients annually. Established in 1946, CareMount also operates eight urgent care facilities and an ambulatory surgery center.

“The opening of our newest office gives patients who live and/or work throughout the Hudson Valley and New York City greater access to care,” said Scott D. Hayworth, CareMount’s president and CEO and CEO of CareMount Medical. “As we embark on this newest expansion, our focus remains on patients.”
