Careismatics Uniforms consolidates operations in million square foot I-20 Logistics Park

Careismatic Inks Million SF Lease at Dallas Logistics Park

Careismatic Brands, a uniform maker and distributor, has signed a full building, 1,014,000 square foot lease at the I-20 Logistics Park at 35550 LBJ Freeway in Dallas. Careismatic Brands manages operations through its centralized distribution center in Dallas, with a global sourcing model.This move was a consolidation of multiple warehouses across the country.

The distribution facility features 40’ clear ceiling height, 170 dock-high doors and trailer parking for 246. Most notably, the logistics park has direct access to I-20 and is conveniently accessible to I-35E, I-45 and the second-largest FedEx Ground facility in the U.S.

Careismatic’s Sidharth Lakhani added, “Our commitment to introducing industry leading automation and technology solutions in this facility will allow us to enable our teams to perform at their best, while concurrently meeting the needs of our customers to a standard unmatched in our market. “

The developer of the logistics park was Archway Properties. Cresa’s Jim Hazard represented Careismatic with the lease.
