CareFusion Takes 122K SF in Otay Mesa

CareFusion signed a lease for the entire 121,970-square-foot Building 18 at Murphy Development Company’s 2.1-million-square-foot Siempre Viva Business Park in Otay Mesa, CA. The tenant will occupy the building, located at 2600 Melksee St., for warehousing, distribution and other processes. Move-inis scheduled for January 2019.

JLL’s Steve Holland and Joe Anderson represented CareFusion/BD on the Building 18 lease. JLL’s Andy Irwin and Joe Anderson advised the landlord.

Murphy Development is wrapping up construction of the final building at the project. The 79,050-square-foot Building 17, located at 8500 Kerns St., is scheduled for completion in December 2018.

Construction is set to commence next month on the third building at The Campus at San Diego Business Park, a 137,000-square-foot building in Otay Mesa, which is expected to be completed in Q1 2019.

He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
