Career Executive Kearney Joins GlenStar Properties

Patrick J. Kearney has joined GlenStar Properties’ executive team as a principal, based in Chicago. The veteran commercial real estate executive most recently served as a regional managing director with Tishman Speyer, overseeing the Midwest.

At Tishman Speyer, Kearney was instrumental in all acquisition, financing and development activities. He established asset management and leasing strategies for the firm’s entire Midwest portfolio.

Prior to joining Tishman Speyer in 2005, Kearney worked within Lincoln Property Company’s Pension Fund Advisory Group. There, he focused on acquisition and asset management of a national portfolio of diverse property types.

“GlenStar’s entrepreneurial and creative spirit are extremely attractive, and I’m looking forward to partnering with the principals and the firm’s strong existing team to immediately grow the platform,” said Kearney.
