Cardno ChemRisk Takes Full Floor at CBRE Global Investors’ San Francisco Tower
CBRE Global Investors signed a long-term, full-floor lease at 235 Pine Street in downtown San Francisco’s financial district with Cardno ChemRisk. The deal totals 8,257 square feet of turnkey office space at the 25-story Class A office tower.
A capital improvement project was recently completed at the 164,405-square-foot building that delivered premier amenities, future-ready floor plates and activated shared spaces. Cardno ChemRisk is expected to move into its new office on the 23rd floor in June.
235 Pine Street is also home to notable tenants such as Empire Distribution, ApplePie Capital, Drive Motors, Rsquared and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
