Cardiology Group Chooses 120 Wall St. for Flagship Location
Sorin Medical, P.C., a private medical practice that’s among the leaders in preventative and interventional cardiology, has signed a 15-year, 5,686-square-foot retail lease at Silverstein Properties’ 120 Wall St. in the Financial District. The practice is slated to open its new flagship location at the corner of Wall Street and South Street next January.
The new facility reportedly will be the first combination OBL/ASC in New York. When occupied, the space will offer a wellness and lifestyle focused design, straying from traditional medicinal office concepts. With a focus on overall cardiovascular health, the location is also slated to include a high-precision, robotic-assisted angiography system.
“The practice’s arrival reflects an exciting trend of medical and wellness tenants absorbing vacant retail space, and represents widespread post-pandemic faith in Lower Manhattan,” said Harlan Strader III, VP at Silverstein Properties.
Strader and Manhattes Group’s Jamie Weiner led negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
