Carbon Companies Commence Construction on SA Apartment Community

Carbon Companies have begun construction on a new, luxury apartment community off of Loop 1604 in San Antonio. San Antonio is not a new territory for Carbon Companies, as the firm has developed a dozen apartment communities in the area since the early 1990’s.

Located near the intersection of Loop 1604 and Huebner Road, The Greyson will include 291 apartment units within three buildings. The five-story, mid-rise properties are comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom, high-end apartment homes with the latest in technology and amenities. The Greyson will include fitness facilities, a dog park, WiFi throughout, smart home technology and a full-service valet living program. There will be a pool and sauna, and outdoor gathering areas.

Construction, handled in-house by Carbon Companies, has already begun and the first units are expected to deliver in the Spring of 2024. Pre-leasing will begin by the end of the year.
