Cara Therapeutics Inks 12K-SF HQ Lease in Stamford

Commercial real estate brokerage Choyce Peterson has secured a 11,685-square-foot lease for Cara Therapeutics at 107 Elm Street in Stamford, CT.

John Hannigan and Adam Cognetta of Choyce Peterson represented Cara Therapeutics in the lease for the firm’s headquarters with landlord RFR Realty. Cara Therapeutics has operated out of 107 Elm Street since 2016 and signed an expanded lease at the property for a new headquarters.

“We are honored to have been appointed by Cara as their exclusive broker for this expansion,” said Hannigan. “We successfully guided them towards an outcome that retains their beautiful office overlooking Long Island Sound, while also providing the flexibility to expand their employee base in a Class A building with first rate amenities.”
