Car Condos Planned for Glendale

Developer Tony Mangat plans to open a luxury vehicle storage facility at the SEC of Glendale Avenue and New River Road in just over a year. It’s not far from the Glendale Entertainment District.

The amenities at MG Storage Condos will include air conditioning, a 1,100-square-foot clubhouse, a boat washing space and a dump station. RKAA is slated to be the design firm, and Campbell Development is the general contractor.

The site plan on MG Storage Condos shows the clubhouse and six storage buildings with unit sizes of 24’x30’, 24’x40’ and 24’x50’. Approximately 20 of the 102 units are listed as reserved.

The Phoenix Business Journal reports preliminary plans are in place for additional facilities in Goodyear and Laveen should there be demand. Mangat already owns the land for these developments and is working through the entitlement process. The website shows a clubhouse and six buildings with 69 units in Goodyear and a clubhouse with five buildings and 83 total units in Laveen.
