Austin-based Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. has named Tina West, CPM, its new Chief Operating Officer.

West brings more than 25 years of experience in multifamily property to Capstone’s management portfolio of more than 38,000 units. She previously served as Vice President of Property Operations for a national developer, and Principal for a third-party management company.

“I am thrilled and inspired to be a part of an organization that is committed to being led by their core values,” West said.

The new COO holds a master’s degree in finance, and a bachelor’s degree in organizational management.
