Charlotte, NC-based Capstone Companies has opened a new regional office in Huntsville, AL under the leadership of investment sales advisor Stephen Brown. He will work closely with Capstone Companies’ Nashville brokerage team, which is led by managing director Adam Klenk.

Brown joins Capstone Companies, a multi-housing brokerage, after working as a real estate broker for Serenity Realty in Toledo, OH. In his role, he worked closely with property management and other real estate brokers to ensure successful closings for his investor clients.

“The fundamentals presented in Huntsville and Birmingham in particular draw many parallels with Nashville, and our crossover of clients is robust,” said Klenk. “Our team currently has hundreds of units under contract nearing $100 million in value, which will grow exponentially in the coming months.”
