Capstone Brokers $146M Sale of 1,120-Unit Apartment Portfolio in South Carolina

Capstone Apartment Partners has arranged the $146 million sale of a four-property apartment portfolio in South Carolina.

The 1,120-unit portfolio consists of Ardmore at the Park, Ardmore Howell Road, Ardmore New River, and Ardmore Ballentine. Each community features a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, business center and grilling areas. Ardmore at the Park and Ardmore Howell Road are located in Greenville while Ardmore New River is located in Hardeeville, S.C. and Ardmore Ballentine is located in Irmo, S.C.

Austin Green and Caleb Troop of Capstone represented the seller, Greensboro-based Ardmore Residential, in the transaction. The buyer was Southwood Realty. All four properties had existing loans in place that were assumed by the buyer.
