CapRock Sets Ground Breaking for Norco Business Park
Newport Beach, CA-based CapRock Partners acquired roughly 23 acres in Norco, CA and plans to develop a 425,000-square-foot industrial business park. Located less than a mile from Interstate 15, between the the 91 and 60 freeways, Norco Business Park comprises four buildings with unit sizes ranging from 70,000 to 160,000 square feet.
The developer plans to break ground on the project in June. Building features include ample parking, 30-foot clear heights, two-story offices and ground-level loading doors.
CapRock’s Jon Pharris says, “The Norco acquisition enhances CapRock Partners’ position in Southern California, where we are leveraging our successes with smaller-sized Class A developments for risk-adjusted investor returns.”
CapRock’s acquisition is consistent with its last-mile logistics strategy, delivering three regional properties comprised of eight industrial buildings for a total of nearly 900,000 square feet in Corona, Jurupa Valley and Norco.
