CapRock Partners Delivers Two New Projects in Las Vegas
Newport Beach, CA-based industrial real estate developer CapRock Partners has completed the construction of two new Class A industrial warehouse distribution facilities in Las Vegas, NV. Tropical Logistics Phase II is a 100%-leased, three-building, 443,000-square-foot development and Spanish Ridge Industrial Park is a three-building, 231,000-square-foot project.
“The Las Vegas industrial market continues to experience tremendous demand for new construction of modern and efficient industrial space,” said CapRock’s Taylor Arnett. “CapRock is committed to bringing more well-located Class A product to the market to meet ongoing tenant demand.”
Tropical Logistics (pictured) is a 22-acre complex located on N. Beesley Drive, adjacent to I-15. The buildings feature 32’ clear height, ESFR sprinklers, a combined 11,000 square feet of office space, 62 dock-high-doors and six grade-level doors.
Spanish Ridge is a 13-acre facility situated on S. Riley Street, near the NV-215 Freeway. The buildings feature 24’ to 30’ clear height and a combined 50 dock-high doors and 11 grade-level doors.
