CapRock Partners Closes on 131K-SF Warehouse in Phoenix

Newport Beach, CA-based industrial real estate investor and developer CapRock Partners has acquired 5810 W. Buckeye Rd., a 131,000-square-foot Class A industrial building in Phoenix, AZ. Leased to solid wood and moulding manufacturer Metrie, the newly-constructed facility bolsters CapRock’s Arizona portfolio.

The warehouse building features 32’ clear height, 16 dock-high loading doors, two grade-level loading doors, ESFR sprinklers, heavy power and 2,500 square feet of office space. Outside, the property includes a 180’ truck court, storage yard and ample parking.

“CapRock is excited to add another high-quality industrial warehouse facility to the Loop 202 corridor in the Southwest Phoenix submarket, which is experiencing sustained high demand from tenants as a preferred infill location,” said CapRock SVP Bob O’Neill.

The W. Buckeye Road location offers high visibility and direct access to Loop 202 and is two miles from Interstate 10, eight miles from Downtown Phoenix and 12 miles from Sky Harbor International Airport.
