CapRock Partners Breaks Ground on Palomino Ranch in the Inland Empire
CapRock Partners has begun Phase I of Palomino Ranch, a state-of-the-art master-planned industrial warehouse development on approximately 112 acres in Norco. The project will consist of 24 buildings totaling 2 million square feet.
“CapRock Partners creates world-class logistics facilities, and our team has made a commitment that all new ground-up development projects we build in California will meet or exceed LEED certification standards going forward, and we are excited to initiate this commitment with the commencement of Palomino Ranch,” Patrick Daniels, co-founder and CEO at CapRock Partners, said.
The buildings in Phase 1 will range from approximately 55,000 square feet to 156,000 square feet. It will include eight buildings with a total of 700,000 square feet. Construction of Phase 2 will begin next year. Palomino Ranch, located at 1811 Mountain Ave., will include wrap-around wooden porches and lanterns in a nod to Norco’s equestrian history and the city’s nickname, “Horsetown U.S.A.”
