Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop Adds Two Inland Empire Locations

Roxanne “Roxy” Klein, VP of retail leasing & sales at Progressive Real Estate Partners, represented two Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop franchisees in securing leases for new locations in Ontario and Murrieta. Both restaurants are set to open in mid-July. 

Located at 920 N. Haven Ave., the 1,300-square-foot Ontario space is situated at the main entrance of the newly opened, Stater Bros.-anchored The Collection neighborhood shopping center. Along with Stater Bros., current and future co-tenants include Starbucks, 7-Eleven, Cold Stone Creamery, Mountain Mike’s, Farmer Boys, Left Coast Brewery and West Coast Dental.

The 2,018-square-foot Murrieta store is located at 40469 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd. within the 380,000-square-foot Murrieta Towne Center which is home to Amazon Fresh, Burlington Coat Factory, Ross, Floor and Décor, Starbucks and a variety of other shops, services and dining spots.  

Founded in 1976, Capriotti’s is a fast-casual restaurant chain with more than 175 locations in 33 states.
