Capital Women’s Care Leases 16K SF at Maple Lawn 

Capital Women’s Care, a medical affiliate of Unified Women’s Healthcare, has leased 16,074 square feet of space at Maple Lawn, a mixed-use community in Howard County, Maryland.  

The women’s healthcare practice network will employ approximately 40 medical personnel and administrative staff at 8171 Maple Lawn Boulevard. They plan to utilize the space for gynecology and general obstetrics practice groups, as well as a wellness and medical spa.  

Maple Lawn is a 605-acre mixed-use community developed by Greenebaum Enterprises and St. John Properties, offering over 1 million square feet of Class A office and flex/R&D space, along with retail amenities and residential properties. Bill Jautze of St. John Properties represented the landlord and Joe Bradley of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant in this transaction.
